Payment and delivery

HAIRSGURU is a storefront, not a reselling shop. The goods are sold and shipped to you by the specific seller whose listing you opened. Here is how that works in practice.

How a deal goes

1. You find a listing in the catalogue and either place an order or message the seller directly.
2. The seller confirms availability, weight, length and the final price - with hair this is almost always discussed separately, because every bundle is one of a kind.
3. You agree on the payment and delivery method.
4. The seller ships the order and sends you the tracking number.

Payment methods

The methods available depend on the seller: some brands have online payment enabled, others accept only an invoice or a direct arrangement. The current options are shown at checkout.

Delivery

• CDEK - the main delivery service across Russia. Cost and transit time are calculated from the recipient's address.
• Other carriers and self-pickup - by arrangement with the seller. Some suppliers ship with the carrier they are used to, or hand the order over in person.
• Shipping from another city or country. HAIRSGURU sellers are based in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ufa, Minsk and other cities, so delivery time depends on where the order travels from. The seller's city is shown in their profile.

Timing

A hair bundle is a one-of-a-kind item. If the weight or length you need is not in stock, the seller will tell you how long sourcing will take. Shipping usually happens within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, but the exact timing is always confirmed by the seller.
