THE HAIRSGURU ACADEMY

Hair extension training online

HairsGuru Academy is a library of recorded masterclasses and courses for hair extension specialists, colourists and hair care professionals. It holds over 260 programmes across 13 areas, taught by more than 120 working practitioners. A single masterclass starts at 490 roubles; full author courses cost more, and the exact price is shown on each programme page.

All training is online and pre-recorded. You watch at your own pace, pause on a difficult movement and come back to it as many times as you need - something a one-off offline seminar, where the technique is demonstrated once, cannot offer. The format suits both newcomers starting hair extensions from scratch and experienced masters who need one specific technique or a difficult case broken down.

How to choose a course

Beginners should start from the base technology. Hot keratin bond and cold extension methods are the two core technique groups you start client work with; hollywood weft comes next. Colouring follows, so you match the client's tone, together with the hair and raw material block, so you do not misjudge material quality. Care treatments and trichology let you answer questions about hair condition and recognise the cases you should turn down.

Practising masters get more out of the beauty business, client psychology and teaching sections: bookings, pricing, objections, repeat visits and launching your own online school. Championship preparation and industry trends are grouped separately.

Frequently asked questions

How much does hair extension training cost? Individual masterclasses start at 490 roubles; larger author programmes cost more. The current price is always shown on the programme page.

Can I learn hair extensions from scratch? Yes. The keratin bond and cold method sections include step-by-step beginner programmes, alongside difficult-case breakdowns for those who already practise.

Why is a recording better than a live course? A recording is not limited to a single day: you return to the material when your practice reaches it, not when the teacher's schedule allowed. That matters in extensions, where quality depends on small details of hand position.

Who teaches the courses? Working masters and industry teachers. Each programme page names its author, and the author's page collects their credentials and other courses.
